Firstly it is now free.
Internet Sweeper is designed to clean up the unwanted data
on your computer with one click. It allows you to erase the
cache, cookies, history, typed URLs, autocomplete memory,
index.dat of your browser, and Window's temp folder, run history,
search history, open/save history, recent documents, etc.
Internet Sweeper permits choosing of files and registry
entries which are to be cleaned. Internet Sweeper's 'Secure Erasing'
feature gives you the capability to erase the files entirely so that they may
not be recovered by any other operator.
